Hazardous Chemicals Trading, Storage & Transport Statement

1. Licensed trading

Quzhou Guangyuan Chemical Trading Co., Ltd. (Unified Social Credit Code 913308027559342828) holds a Hazardous Chemicals Trading Licence and holds full goods import and export rights, and operates within the licensed scope as required by law.

2. Accompanying documents and labelling

• Each shipment of hazardous chemicals is accompanied by a GHS-compliant safety data sheet (MSDS, in Chinese and English) and label information;
• COA test reports, certificates of origin (CO) and this statement are provided as required;
• Transport documentation, emergency contact details and the necessary safety markings accompany the shipment.

3. Packaging, storage and transport

• Gaseous products (such as HFP, C-318 and TFP) are normally supplied in dedicated cylinders or tank cars, carried by hauliers licensed for dangerous goods and in accordance with UN packaging and transport requirements.
• Solid resin grades should be stored in a clean, cool, dry warehouse, protected from moisture, agglomeration and contamination.
• Dispersion emulsions must be kept away from high temperatures and from sub-zero conditions, and the drums should be shaken periodically after three months' storage to prevent sedimentation.
• Different classes of hazardous chemicals are segregated by compatibility, away from sources of heat or ignition and from incompatible materials.

4. Buyer qualification requirements

Under Chinese law, buyers of hazardous chemicals must hold the appropriate qualifications. Before accepting an order we will check whether the customer holds a hazardous chemicals trading licence, safety production licence or use registration as applicable; we may decline orders from unqualified buyers. Customers must not resell or transfer the products to parties lacking the required qualifications.

5. Principal safety hazards

• Hexafluoropropylene (HFP): a colourless gas denser than air that can accumulate in low-lying areas and cause an asphyxiation hazard; thermal decomposition releases toxic fluorides.
• C-318 (octafluorocyclobutane): a liquefied gas under pressure; contact with the liquid causes frostbite.
• TFP (tetrafluoropropene): a flammable gas; keep away from ignition sources and static electricity.
• Fluoropolymer dust: decomposes above 400 °C releasing toxic gases; forced ventilation is required in processing areas, and blending with aluminium or magnesium powder is prohibited.

6. Emergency response

In the event of a leak, evacuate non-essential personnel, remove ignition sources and increase ventilation, and have trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment handle the situation in line with sections 4 and 6 of the MSDS. Anyone who has been exposed or has inhaled the substance should be moved to fresh air immediately and seek medical attention.
