China PIPL Compliance Statement
Our personal information processing practices under the Personal Information Protection Law of the PRC.
This statement, made under the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL), the Cybersecurity Law and the Data Security Law of the PRC, explains the categories of personal information we process, our purposes and legal bases, retention periods and your rights.
1. Applicable law and scope
This statement applies to the business activities of Quzhou Guangyuan Chemical Trading Co., Ltd. conducted in China and to personal information provided by visitors to this website when they contact us.
2. Categories of personal information we process
- Information you provide: name, company name, job title, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, delivery address, and the content of your enquiry or order.
- Technical information collected automatically: this website contains no analytics scripts or tracking code; the hosting provider may record access time, IP address and browser information in server logs for operation and security purposes, and deletes them after a short period.
- We do not process sensitive personal information (such as biometric, medical, financial-account or location-tracking data) and do not collect personal information of children under 14.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Responding to enquiries, providing quotations and performing contracts — necessary to enter into or perform a contract.
- Preparing export documentation and conducting compliance screening (export control, hazardous chemicals regulation) — necessary to comply with legal obligations.
- Customer relationship management and after-sales support — based on our legitimate interests or your consent.
- Fraud prevention and network/transaction security — based on our legitimate interests.
4. Data minimisation and retention
We collect only the information necessary for the purposes above and keep it for the shortest period necessary.
Enquiries and correspondence: 24 months from the last contact.
Contracts, documentation and trade records (including CO, COA, MSDS and customs papers): not less than five years from completion of the transaction, to meet tax, customs and trade-compliance requirements.
Marketing contact details: use ceases and the data is deleted once you withdraw consent.

6. Your rights
Under Chapter IV of PIPL you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement and delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, to request an explanation of our processing rules, and — where the conditions set by the Cyberspace Administration of China are met — to have your personal information transferred to a processor you designate. 7. Complaints and remedies
You may complain to the authorities responsible for personal information protection (Cyberspace Administration, market regulation and others); where you consider that our processing has infringed your lawful rights, you may bring proceedings before a People's Court.
